About Me

I am a former Drug-Free Natural Pro Bodybuilder with the North American Bodybuilding Federation NABF and the National Gym Association NGA, with more than 25 years of experience in bodybuilding, fitness and nutrition.
I have been certified by; Fitness Resource Associates FRA, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America AFAA, since 1992, with thousands of hours of hands-on fitness coaching experience. I am dedicated to helping each and every one of my clients capture their fitness goals through proper training, form, and nutrition.

"Building a better body" requires a firm commitment. Maintaining a healthy weight and being physically fit can only come about when you make a permanent lifestyle change.

Success is based on clients making a conscious decision to faithfully maintain their training schedules, and to closely follow their nutrition programs.
